An RFP for a great project can be really tempting. But before you decide to go for it, it's important to ask yourself, at a minimum:

1. Did we know about the project before it came out?

2. Does the client know us?

3. Do we have a teaming strategy already in place?

4. Do we have the right staff interested and available?

5. Do we have a strong argument to convince the client to select us?

Your chance of success decreases significantly with each "no" answer. Let's talk about how to get those "yes" answers.
