An RFP for a great project can be really tempting. But before you decide to go for it, it's important to ask yourself, at a minimum:

1. Did we know about the project before it came out?

2. Does the client know us?

3. Do we have a teaming strategy in place?

4. Do we have the right staff interested and available?

5. Do we have a strong argument to convince the client to select us?

Your chance of success drastically decreases with each "no" answer. I have the data to prove it.

Turquoise Marketing can help make sure you'll have all "yes" answers the next time around...and work with your team to craft a successful proposal submission that will get the committee's attention and position you for the win.

Let's talk about it.
